Refund & Returns

Consumer rights, personalised products and how to contact us about a return.

Draft for review. The seller’s legal details and operational policies still need confirmation before orders are accepted.

1. Consumer withdrawal

For ordinary goods purchased at a distance as a consumer, the usual withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt. Notify us clearly within that period, then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Simply failing to collect a parcel is not a withdrawal notice. This statutory right does not automatically apply to business purchases.

2. Personalised NFC products

Goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised may fall outside the consumer withdrawal right, for example a card printed with your individual branding. Choosing a standard option alone does not necessarily qualify. Any applicable exception must be explained before you order. Personalisation does not remove rights concerning defects.

3. Giving notice and returning goods

Email taporaoy@gmail.com with your name, order reference, the goods concerned and a clear statement that you withdraw. You do not need a reason. Ask for the correct return address promptly; the address still needs to be confirmed for this draft. Keep proof of your notice and return. Approval is not a condition of exercising a statutory withdrawal right. Return-cost responsibility must be disclosed before purchase; if it was not disclosed as required, those costs cannot be shifted to the consumer.

4. Refunds

For a valid consumer withdrawal, payments are refunded without undue delay and within 14 days of the notice. For goods, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods or evidence of return is received. Standard outbound delivery is included; an upgrade over the cheapest standard delivery need not be refunded. The original payment method is used unless otherwise expressly agreed without extra cost. Excess handling beyond checking the goods may reduce the refund where the legal conditions apply.

5. Defects and service contracts

For a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact taporaoy@gmail.com and describe the problem; photos can help. The withdrawal deadline is not a limit on statutory defect rights. Remedies depend on the circumstances and applicable law. For services or digital content, withdrawal and early-performance rules differ from goods; the applicable information and any required express consents must be provided separately before performance.
