Terms & Conditions
The basis for using this website and discussing a purchase with Tapora.
1. Tapora and this website
Tapora operates from Finland. Contact: taporaoy@gmail.com. This website presents NFC products and digital services. It currently has no checkout, payment collection or online contract-acceptance function. An enquiry or saved draft is not an order. The seller’s legal name, Business ID (if applicable), postal address and telephone contact must be completed before sales terms are finalised.
2. Quotes and orders
A written quote should set out the product or service, quantity, total price, applicable taxes, delivery costs, payment terms, timing and any recurring charges. Review these details before accepting. Any agreement is formed separately through the agreed ordering process, not by browsing this site. Product images illustrate the range; confirm the final specification and any custom artwork in writing.
3. NFC and digital services
Compatibility depends on the phone, NFC product and destination service. A web destination usually needs an internet connection and may require its own account. Confirm setup, link management, hosting, support and any ongoing fees in your quote. No particular number of reviews, search ranking or marketing result is guaranteed by the information on this site.
4. Artwork and permitted use
Only supply logos, text and images that you are entitled to use. Check spelling and layout before approving a production proof. Artwork approval does not remove statutory rights where the delivered product is defective or differs from the agreed specification. Do not use this site or NFC destinations for unlawful content, deceptive reviews or infringement of other people’s rights.
5. Consumers and business customers
Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms or by a quote. Consumer distance-selling rights differ from business-to-business purchases. See Refund & Returns and Shipping. Business order cancellation and return rights depend on the agreed contract and applicable law. Finnish law is the intended governing law, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers.
6. Questions and disputes
Please first contact taporaoy@gmail.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. Consumers can seek help from Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and refer an unresolved dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board. Access to courts and statutory remedies remains unaffected.
